COVID-19 Update

Dear IEI students, alumni, and partners:

During these challenging times, the IEI remains committed to providing continued programs and resources to support our entrepreneurs. IEI offices and the 1810 Accelerator space will be closed until further notice in accordance with current health and safety measures. However, we will continue offering our Spring 2020 programs online as well as several options for virtual mentoring and office hours with our mentors, faculty and staff.

The Be Your Own Boss Bowl finalist event will be held online on April 23rd. For more BYOBB information, click here. Entrepreneurial strategist hours remain available and you can sign up for a session here.

1810 Accelerator Director, Greg Fegley, will be available for office hours via zoom from 9:00-11:00am every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Click here to book an appointment. You can make an appointment with IEI Executive Director, Ellen Weber, by clicking here.

The IEI staff will also be available by email during regular business hours. General questions/inquiries can be directed to iei@temple.edu.

We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and keep you updated. We appreciate your understanding as we do everything we can to maintain continuity for the entrepreneurs we serve while ensuring safety for our team and the community.

Sincerely,
The IEI Team

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute (IEI) at the Fox School of Business promotes a bold entrepreneurial and daring innovative spirit across Temple University’s 17 schools and colleges. Through a combination of inventive classroom education, workshops, conferences, customized mentorships, and events, IEI provides students the skills, resources, and courage to disrupt business as usual.

IEI is where students bravely pursue their biggest ideas and transform them into businesses that defy expectations and shakeup the rules of the game.

Justin Rosenberg, honeygrow
I’m a Temple guy. I wrote a chunk of my business plan for honeygrow at Alter Hall, and the business is very much a #TempleMade concept.
Camille Bell, Pound Cake
IEI has allowed me to expand my knowledge on good Entrepreneurship and given me the opportunity to network with respected business strategists in the Philadelphia area.
Jared Cannon, Simply Good Jars
My time at the Fox School really allowed for me to explore realistic options by building some foundational knowledge and confidence. Temple University and the Fox School have opened up many resources that led to the official launch of my company.
Neha Raman, Rungh
Participating in the IEI’s Be Your Own Boss Bowl competition was one of my most memorable experiences. I would constantly reach out to my mentor for advice. I ultimately placed 2nd in the competition and received a $10,000 prize.
