What if the most valuable strategy for leading change isn't following the "right" path, but learning how to adapt to every new one? Innovation is rarely about following established paths. Instead, it involves connecting ideas, disciplines, and experiences in new ways. Today, innovation and AI are reshaping not only organizations and industries, but how leaders create value and enable people to adapt.
Through a real-world career journey of pivots, experimentation, and lessons learned, this session explores how interdisciplinary learning, a design thinking and builder mindset, and value translation can help leaders navigate uncertainty, identify opportunities, and turn diverse perspectives into meaningful outcomes.
