Support RBI

The Responsible Business Institute (RBI) builds on one of Temple University’s greatest strengths—its growing network of interdisciplinary scholars, educators and industry leaders examining the evolving responsibilities of modern organizations. Through research, teaching and industry engagement, RBI advances thought leadership across four core pillars: ethics and compliance, workplace culture, inclusion and sustainability.

RBI connects faculty, students, corporate leaders, policymakers and community partners to address the complex organizational challenges shaping today’s business environment. By fostering collaboration across disciplines and sectors, the institute helps drive innovation in responsible leadership, organizational strategy and workforce development.

Funding the institute creates transformative opportunities for students, faculty and industry professionals while supporting impactful research on the ethical, cultural, environmental and organizational issues influencing the future of work and business. Through these efforts, RBI aims to prepare leaders and organizations to create sustainable, inclusive and high-performing workplaces that generate long-term value for both business and society.
