Remote work, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, homeschooling, and COVID-19 are all terms and tools that have shaped our work life in the past year. With little time to prepare for this new paradigm, many of us have had difficulty managing our current reality but have adapted productively. Whether the changes in the workplace over the past few months have felt like a small step or a giant leap, this sample class will discuss the strategies for adapting to and thriving in this new world of work.

Join Professor Eric Brunner, adjunct professor within the Fox School’s Department of Human Resource Management, in a live and interactive virtual course. Professor Brunner is Assistant Vice President of the Learning & Development (L&D) Division of Temple University’s Human Resources Department. In addition, Professor Brunner has won multiple teaching awards in the Fox School of Business’ graduate and undergraduate programs.
