Interdisciplinary Studies


Soojin Lee joined the PhD program in 2011. She holds B.S degree in Mathematics, B.A degree in Business from EWHA Womans University and MBA from Seoul National University. She was a financial service manager in BMW. Her experience widely ranged from process re-engineering to an appointment as a BSC committee member. Her primary project was managing performance evaluation of dealerships. After her MBA degree, she was hired back to BMW as a sole consultant responsible for designing and implementing BSC (Balanced Scorecard) to dealerships. While her current research interests are in managerial accounting, performance evaluation, and Balanced Scorecard, she has never lost her vivid interest in auto-industry. In Temple, she aspires to expand her research interest in interdisciplinary manner with industrial expertise.
