Join the Fox & STHM community for an engaging and supportive wellness and mindfulness series. The intention of this series is to provide support for continuing to grapple with the impact of the global pandemic. You will leave with practical resources, tools, and the best approaches for supporting your own physical and mental well-being. For all Fox & STHM employees will run through the remainder of the Spring 2022 term.

Dr. Hersh’s company facilitates a wide range of professional workshops for organizations focusing on mental health, mindfulness, stress, and burnout.

Molly Jones, LSW
Advanced Recovery Systems
This company focuses on mental health and addiction issues, however through their community outreach program they facilitate mindfulness and mental health workshops at no cost to the public.

Maureen Cannon
Senior Associate Director
Fox School of Business
A Fox faculty member and certified yoga therapist, Maureen will be leading sessions focused on mindfulness and meditative practices.

Ravi S. Kudesia
Assistant Professor
Fox School of Business
Ravi’s work and research focuses on mindfulness in the workplace. His workshop will demonstrate a mix of mindfulness practices as well as the scientific theory behind them.
