Join the Fox & STHM community for an engaging and supportive wellness and mindfulness series. The intention of this series is to provide support for continuing to grapple with the impact of the global pandemic. You will leave with practical resources, tools, and the best approaches for supporting your own physical and mental well-being. For all Fox & STHM employees will run through the remainder of the Spring 2022 term.

Offer resources and tools to faculty and staff to better learn to deal with the stress, anxiety, and fatigue associated with the uncertainty of living and working through a global pandemic.

Support

Give support and resources to Fox/STHM community members dealing with mental health issues.

Discuss

Give the faculty and staff an opportunity to discuss and address challenges associated with the pandemic and working in a hybrid environment.

Meet our Experts

The program will be facilitated by both internal and external experts in the field of mental health, mindfulness, meditation, and general wellness. At this time, all sessions will be conducted live online via Zoom.

Magellan Behavioral Health provides tools and resources ranging from mental health, addiction counseling and childcare to legal and financial advice. Access the available programs via the Magellan’s Assist member portal. Register as a guest by entering the toll-free number 1-800-688-1911 or create your own personalized account. Once logged in or registered, you can access the Magellan Healthcare COVID-19 Response page from the homepage to find resources to cope with stress and anxiety, staying emotionally well, preventing compassion fatigue, and more.
