  • Only Fox alumni are eligible to vote, and only one ballot can be submitted per voter. If multiple ballots are submitted by one voter, only the earliest timestamped submission will be counted.
  • Your vote will not be made public, but we must require a full name in order to verify the alumni status of all voters.
  • Voters can only select the same number of nominees as open seats (4)
  • Voters are electing Directors-at-Large to a 3-year term of service. Director-at-Large responsibilities can be viewed here.

Nominees

Neha Arnold, BBA ’14

Neha is running for re-election, having completed a three-year term on the Board

Neha Arnold is the chief executive officer at Sedna Consulting Group Inc., a technology consulting firm whose mission is to create a more diverse and equitable technology industry through connecting innovative organizations with passionate technology professionals. She is a current FSBAA Board Member running for re-election. In her first term, she led the FSBAA Mentorship Program and the Board's Community Engagement activities. In those roles, she engaged 240+ current Fox students and alumni to create strong professional mentorship relationships and organized college & career-readiness programming for 75+ local North Philadelphia high school students in collaboration with local Temple alumni. Neha is passionate about improving educational outcomes and serving as a champion for High School students in North Philadelphia. She enjoys creating human-centered programming for young people to develop college and career readiness skills. Outside of the board, she serves as a mentor and coach for various student programs and is actively involved with several non-profits and community organizations working to engage and empower underserved youth in Philadelphia.

Professionally, Neha has worked as an educator, consultant and technology professional.

Upon graduating from Temple, Neha taught mathematics at a vocational high school in Providence, Rhode Island. She coached students for the national competition SkillsUSA, pioneered blended learning which improved student test scores and advocated for greater access to quality education. Then she worked at a Big Four firm as a management consultant in the government and public services practice. Outside of supporting federal agencies with digital transformation projects, she led a social intrapreneurship program to support international nonprofits and social enterprises. In this capacity, Neha had the opportunity to work directly with organizations in India, Chile, and Cambodia tackling issues such as income inequality, hygiene and sanitation, and human trafficking. As a result of her work in the social impact space, she was invited to the 2019 One Young World Summit, a gathering of leaders working to tackle human rights issues globally.

Neha is an alumnus of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and a committee person for the Philadelphia Punjabi Chamber of Commerce (PCC).

Mark Bill, EMBA ’95
Mark is founder and president of The Bill Consulting Group, specialist in developing enterprise risk management programs for Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Key Bank, Loan Depot, and PHH Mortgage. During his career he has also created and administered a two-year management development program for seven mentees at GMAC. 
 
As a volunteer, Mark has served a number of organizations at various levels, including: President, Colonial School District Education Foundation; Treasurer, Veterans Community Network; Treasurer, Watermill Homeowners Association; President & Treasurer, Stony Creek Homeowners Association; President, VP and At-Large, Sunwood Farm Homeowners Association; VP, Bayclub Homeowners Association; Board Member, Dunmore Corporation.
Lauren Blevins, BBA ’06

Lauren Blevins currently works for Comcast’s Cable DE&I strategy team as manager of strategic marketing projects for the Comcast RISE program, a community impact initiative within Comcast to support, enable and elevate small businesses owned by women and People of Color. In this role, she is responsible for the integration and adoption of Effectv Media, advertising services, grant distribution and technology resources tied to the DE&I Customer Pillar. This includes but is not limited to managing a team of seven specialists and working with counterparts in the larger Impact & Inclusion, Effectv and Comcast Business HQ teams to develop and measure KPI's, understand issues, resource requirements and performance gaps in support of 13,000 small businesses nationwide.

Lauren is also a member of Effectv’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board council, meeting regularly with senior leaders to develop the strategy and road map for promoting and advancing inclusion and representation throughout the organization. Additionally, as part of Effectv’s Ally Network, Lauren works to advance the employee experience through minimizing bias, increasing inclusion and advancing equity. Originally from New Jersey, Lauren relocated to the Philadelphia area to attend Temple University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing. She later received her Master’s of Business Administration in Business Management from Amberton University.

An active member of The WICT Network since 2012, Lauren attended and volunteered at many events prior to joining the board in 2017 as membership director. She has also held roles as sponsorship director, DE&I Director and in her latest role serves as executive programming chair. Outside of The WICT Network, Lauren is an active Comcast ERG member, Chapter Leader of the Black Employee Network NY ERG, is on the National Advisory Council of Comcast’s Women’s Network ERG and also serves on the board of The Wardrobe (Formerly Career Wardrobe) and the Center For Millennial Engagement (CME).

Currently residing in Philadelphia, in her spare time Lauren enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Brian Booth, BBA ’17

Brian Booth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in risk management and insurance from Temple University in May 2017. From there, he began to work at Aon in their commercial risk solutions practice. He is now an assistant vice president with their financial services group. Brian is primarily responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Director’s and Officer’s Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability insurance programs for publicly traded companies. He helps clients by identifying exposures, managing insurance market relationships, strategizing and creating tailored risk transfer solutions, as well as executing on policy terms, conditions and servicing.

While not at work, Brian dedicates his time to mentorship. Since 2018, he has been part of the Alumni Student Mentorship Program for Temple’s Gamma Iota Sigma organization. The ASMP connects Sigma Chapter alumni with current risk management and insurance students to help them better understand the insurance industry and in their transition to the workforce. He also dedicates his time to being a Team Coach each year for Aon’s annual summer internship program. In this role he coaches interns on their communication and presentation skills that they apply to a summer long project.

Matt Bouton, BBA ’09

Matt Bouton transferred to Temple University after graduating from community college in his home state of Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University's Fox School of Business (finance major) in January 2009. After graduation, Matt stayed in the greater Philadelphia area and worked for a number of different companies in various finance & accounting roles. He worked for Main Line Health, Manheim, Comcast, and Johnson & Johnson.

In May 2017, Matt moved to Los Angeles, California, to become the finance manager of Halo Top Creamery. He continues to reside in Los Angeles with his family and is currently employed as the chief financial officer of Halo Top International LLC and GATSBY Chocolate.

Matt participated in the 2022-23 Fox School of Business Alumni Association Global Mentoring Program and enjoyed it so much that he decided to run as a FSBAA board member to make an even bigger impact. He thinks he can do this by focusing on (1) helping alumni navigate career transitions and (2) helping to support Temple’s national reach by being located in Los Angeles. Matt would be honored to have your vote!

Bridget Bowes: MBA ’20

Bridget Bowes is a communications executive elevating companies in their approach to strategy and culture. She spent the past 15 years working in the entertainment and media industry. Beginning her career with The Walt Disney Company, she worked several years at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts as a character performer before transitioning to their global real estate team where she led all internal and executive communications.

Eventually trading in Cinderella’s Castle for Hogwarts, she moved to NBCUniversal working at Universal Studios Hollywood where she managed all digital employee communications, social media, and employer branding. Bridget was able to internally transfer within the company to become the senior director over all employee communications and experience for the direct-to-consumer division, which included Peacock, Fandango, and all International Networks. Leveraging this experience, Bridget now leads her own boutique agency, working with organizations and nonprofits to develop a cohesive communications strategy to aid their long-term business growth.

Bridget was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University; a certificate in Digital Media and Marketing from Duke University; and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. She is an avid golfer and volunteers her time with First Tee, which teaches life skills to kids and teens through the game of golf.

Sherry Carroll, BBA ’93, DBA ’22

Sherry Carroll earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from Temple. She also holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She enjoys mentoring doctorate students and is engaged in the Fox School's doctoral program as a volunteer.

Sherry works for a Fortune 5 company as a director of client services. Her position requires forging strategic partnerships with clients and exceeding their expectations to expand her portfolio's revenue and retain clients. She also oversees a team of client service managers located throughout the United States. In her prior role at her current organization, she managed strategic Initiatives. She reported to the COO and oversaw operations for community and state initiatives as well as business-advancing strategic programs. During her tenure at community and state, she successfully implemented new programs, including a diversity, equity, and inclusion program. She has led contractor partner relationships, presented contractually program new processes and initiatives to leadership and state regulators, and identified contractual requirement compliance gaps for the purpose of advising organization's national policy.

Her husband is a retired Pennsylvania state trooper who, like her daughter, also attended Temple University. Sherry was born in Philadelphia, and she has roots in Mount Airy. She is an enthusiastic Eagles fan and was given the chance to wear the Super Bowl LII Championship ring, which is crafted of 10-karat gold and set with 219 diamonds and 17 genuine green sapphires. She enjoys working out, dining at Philadelphia's many eateries, and using FYI Philly as a guide to participate in the best Philadelphia activities and events.

Aman Chauhan, MBA ’17

Currently Aman is part of the SAP’s Platform & Technology Customer Engagement organization and acts as a trusted advisor helping customers accelerate cloud adoption, consumption, and value realization through SAP Business Technology Platform thereby unleashing the power of data, platform, and analytics, and driving world-class customer experience. His core expertise is portfolio innovation, product & program management, client management, process improvement, business intelligence & analytics, and cross-cultural collaboration.

As a Board nominee for the Fox School of Business Alumni Association (FSBAA), Aman is excited to serve back to not only his alma mater but also help in the expansion of the alumni network in Toronto region. He is a big Rocky Balboa fan and believes in the quote from the movie “It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” Aman also gets inspiration from his family, friends, traveling and talented people!​​​​​​​

When not working, he is either cooking in the home kitchen, working as a mixologist at the home bar or hitting the punching bag at a local gym.

Kriti Dutta, MBA ’20, MS ’21

"If you can not make it to a seat at a table, make a table." Kriti Dutta, a senior advisory consultant at Deloitte and a December 2020 MBA and MS graduate, firmly believes in this. Prior to attending Temple, Kriti completed a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and worked in India for approximately 4.5 years.

Kriti’s story is one of overcoming obstacles as she has never stopped learning, sharpening her skills or going an extra mile for her education. Every opportunity that she has received has allowed her to further create opportunities for peers, juniors and sometimes, seniors. One example: while pursuing her MS and, simultaneously, working as an Intern for Kimberly-Clark, she was the vice president of their Co-Op and Intern Network; this role allowed her to open new avenues for current and incoming co-ops and interns in the organization and build a sense of community.

Kriti is currently an advocate for Women in Cyber within Deloitte, helping women to utilize both existing and new networking and professional opportunities, and to create more mentor-mentee relationships regardless of their position in the organization. As a member of the FSBAA Board, Kriti would not only focus on welcoming new candidates but would also strive to create more seats and more tables for everyone.

Amari Evans, BBA ’18, MEd ’20

Amari Evans is a two-time graduate of Temple University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management in 2018 with a Marketing minor, and a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development in May 2020. She also obtained a graduate certificate in Training and Organizational Development. She is currently an events and communications manager at Meeting Solutions Inc.

Whilst at Temple, Amari worked in the Morgan Residence Hall for three years and was a teaching assistant for Management Science/Operations Management at the Fox School of Business (FSB). She was involved in various FSB organizations such as the Temple University Society of Human Resource Management as an e-portfolio consultant and Marketing Committee member, and the co-chair of marketing and event planning on the Fox Mentorship Program E-Board. Outside of FSB, she was heavily involved in HootaThon, and also a proud Cherry Crusade member her entire tenure as an undergrad. She has served as a Director-at-Large on the Temple University Young Alumni Association committee, as well as volunteered at many Experience Temple Days representing Young Alumni from FSB.

Bucky Fairfax, DBA ’21

Bucky Fairfax is a recognized leader in human resources and talent management with over 25 years of progressive HR experience in research and scientific organizations and nonprofits. He currently serves as the executive vice president and chief human resources officer at RTI International, overseeing HR, global real estate and global security. Bucky’s areas of expertise include strategic talent management and attraction, organizational development, talent research and analytics, global HR operations, business partnering, and employee experience. His previous positions at RTI include senior vice president of strategic talent management, chair and strategic advisor for diversity, equity and inclusion, vice president & senior HR business partner – International Development Group, and vice president for HR and RTI International Offices. He has also held HR leadership and key positions at Conservation International and ChildFund International.

Bucky holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University, an MBA from Averett University, BA in English from Virginia Commonwealth University, and HR executive certifications from the University of Michigan, Duke University, and the Society of Human Resources Management. His research areas of interest include organizational and individual purpose alignment (purpose-fit), employee attraction and retention, talent management and employee experience.

Erin Hooper, BBA ’06, MBA ’18

Erin Hooper is the manager, customer experience and sales at Minted, a design marketplace connecting clients with the world's best artists to create something one of a kind.  Erin focuses her work on leading a successful sales team and helping to identify ways for her team to grow and shine.

Erin grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She is so proud to be a Temple Fox school alum for both her BBA '06 and MBA '18 and is a proud alum of the Temple Honors program as well. At the start of her time in the MBA program, Erin learned about the TemPALS mentor program. In 2016, she began mentoring international students attending the university, helping them get accustomed to both Temple and Philadelphia. When COVID hit and this program halted, Erin started mentoring both current students and recent alums of the Fox school and the Temple Honors program. Each year, she works with two new students to help them with everything from planning for their career, crafting the perfect resume, choosing the right classes to finding the best restaurants to try in the city.  Erin is fortunate to have mentored students from as far as Taiwan and India and as near as Philadelphia, many of whom she still remains in contact with today.

Erin lives in South Philadelphia with her husband, Dan, daughter, Dolly and their dog, Teddy.

Ankit Kharod, MBA `20

Ankit Kharod is an accomplished Management Consulting professional with close to 15 years of combined Utility Industry and Consulting experience. As a Consultant with Accenture, he provides sustainable solutions to clients through effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

Originally from India, Ankit has called Philadelphia home for the past 18 years and has been actively engaged in volunteering activities, community service, mentoring peers and fellow Fox School of Business students as well as numerous Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Ankit also has prior experience of serving as a Board of Director on a Home Owners Association and successfully navigated the transition of a new community from the Builder to residents while reducing the HOA fee for homeowners by 25%. 

He currently resides in Phoenixville with his wife Stuti and son Arshiv. If elected, Ankit will bring his experience, expertise and curiosity to the FSBAA and deliver on a daily basis on behalf of the fellow Alumni students. If you are looking for someone who will be a bridge builder and a problem solver, look no further. 

Damon Lester, BBA ’95

 Damon Lester is the owner of Lester Automotive Group, LLC and dealer principal of Nissan of Bowie, located in Bowie, Maryland.

Prior to acquiring the dealership, Damon served as president of the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) for over 15 years. Damon is a respected advocate for ensuring diversity remains a priority within the automotive industry. Damon joined the NAMAD team in 2002 as vice president of operations and was named president in 2007. NAMAD is committed to increasing equitable access and meaningful opportunities for minority entrepreneurs and employees in the automotive retail sales, supplier, manufacturing and service sectors.

Damon’s expertise and strategic relationships with major auto manufacturers positions him as one of the nation’s leading authorities on consumer finance, entrepreneurship and economic diversity issues in the industry. He has provided expert testimony at high-profile government hearings concerning the auto industry and the media frequently seeks his opinion and perspective.

In October 2022, Damon was elected as vice chairman of NAMAD.

A Temple University graduate, Damon is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and is involved with Rainbow/PUSH Coalition and the National Association of Black Accountants. His honors and awards include The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievement Award (2009), the FMCRC John Gamboa Community Leadership Award (2010), the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition Emerging Leader Award (2011), Savoy Magazine Leadership Award (2014), Real Times Media Vanguard Award (2017), Minority Enterprise Advocate Magazine (MEA) Auto Executive of the Year Carma Foundation-Spotlight Award (2018).

Damon was inducted into The HistoryMakers (2018), which is a non-profit research and educational institution committed to preserving and making widely accessible the untold personal stories of both well-known and unsung African Americans, each HistoryMakers interview is videoed and stored in the Library of Congress. In 2019, Damon received the ExtraordinaryIS Impact Award from The Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation, Inc. Named one of the top 10 Automotive Leaders of 2021 by Industry Era Magazine. Millionaire Care Salesman Lifetime Achievement Award 2021.

 

Most recently, Damon was named Automotive News “Notable Champions of Diversity” (2022).

Dan Mahoney, BBA ’07

As managing director of TruSight, LLC, Dan Mahoney leads the company strategy and client engagement across all touch points. TruSight is focused exclusively on providing business development and deal origination services to the professional investor, private equity fund, family office and business intermediary industry. This allows them to provide the depth and experience our client’s need to take advantage of the technology, data intelligence, and professional services needed to compete today.

Dan is a Temple alumni, graduating in 2007 with a dual degree in Finance and Risk Management. He currently manages a buy side M&A services firm and is active in a number of professional networks, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Overbrook School for the Blind.

Ronald Metcoff, MBA ’75

Ronald Metcoff is a Treasury professional with a broad range of domestic and international experience, and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Treasury function, including cash and credit management.

​​​​​​​Ronald has a strong bottom-line focus and business orientation. He is a problem solver with P&L experience, including at J. P Morgan's Futures and Options business, where he started a business-aligned treasury function, working in London as European Treasurer and then New York as Global Treasurer, improving net interest profitability from $10 million per year to $10 million per month.

He also has seven years of college level teaching experience as an adjunct instructor at Arcadia University, Temple University and Philadelphia University, teaching courses such as: Advanced Credit Analysis, Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Credit Management, Financial Markets & Institutions, Investments, Money and Banking.

Among his professional achievements, Ronald was listed in Who's Who in America 2021 edition, and received a Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award.

During his time at Temple pursuing his MBA, Ronald was in the top 5% of his class, was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and graduated with Honors.

Anthony Petrole, BBA ’20

Anthony Petrole is a Fox School alumnus from the Class of 2020. He was a double major in Finance and Accounting. After graduation, he worked at Susquehanna International Group, a global quantitative trading firm in Bala Cynwyd. He was selected to be in the firm’s Operations Analyst Rotational Program. This program provided exposure to various security instruments, while also developing his computer programming skills across multiple languages. He then moved into the accounting department, where he was able to leverage his knowledge to streamline both regulatory and financial reporting.

He currently works at PPL Electric Utilities as a financial analyst within the department of financial planning & analysis. In this role, he is working with the risk management department to evaluate, quantify and mitigate potential hazards. He evaluates business proposals and assertions to ensure they provide an adequate return for all stakeholders involved. Outside of work, he serves as one of the co-presidents of the Fox School's Young Accounting Alumni Group (YAAG). He currently works alongside the mentorship committee and participates in the annual mentorship program. He is a volunteer committee member for FSBAA’s mentorship committee where he assists and participates in the mentorship program.

Thomas Piotrowski, BBA ’22

Thomas Piotrowski is an analyst on the direct investment team at Hamilton Lane, a leading global investment manager that has $832.2Bn of assets under management & supervision. He is responsible for due diligence, evaluation and execution of private equity/credit investment opportunities. Prior to Thomas’s role on the direct investment platform, he worked on the secondary investment team and the Cobalt Portfolio software team. Before joining Hamilton Lane in 2021, Thomas previously worked at Dow Jones in their corporate finance department and at Hunniwell Lake Ventures underwriting venture capital investment in the healthcare space. 

Additionally, outside of his professional career, Thomas spends his time mentoring undergraduates at Temple University and surrounding Philadelphia colleges. At Hamilton Lane, Thomas assists with the internship program and has been a critical part of its development. He also volunteers his time at Toys for Tots, a Christmas program created to help families in need during the holiday season. 

Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Temple University.

Heather Qader, MBA ’16

Heather Qader is the managing director of her own strategy and consulting firm, The Qader Group. With experience in the private, nonprofit and government sectors, Heather helps individuals and brands expand through strategy, operations planning and development of key partnerships. She is well-versed in corporate retail, consumer packaged goods, investment sourcing, brand marketing and social media. Heather is on a mission to help impact and grow businesses around the world.

An undergraduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Heather received her MBA in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Upon graduating, Heather started an imports business with one of her classmates, Kerry Slade. Heather then went on to work for the City of Philadelphia focusing on tech and innovation. She then served Todd Carmichael, CEO of La Colombe, as his chief of staff before she launched her own business.

Heather has been closely involved with Temple University through her involvement with the New Ventures Internship Program and participating on panels. First, she was a student of the New Ventures Internship Program, then, after she started her business, she utilized a handful of interns from the program, then was asked to take over the class as an adjunct professor. All throughout her undergraduate and graduate experience, Heather has taken on leadership roles. She credits them for her ability to lead now and looks forward to running for Director-at-Large seat with FSBAA. 

Leonard (“Lenny”) Qualtiere MS, PHR, BBA’09

Lenny Qualtiere is an established and well-respected global Human Resources leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning across industries including Oil & Gas and Health & Hygiene.  Additionally, he offers a wide range of knowledge from Mergers & Acquisitions, leading teams through significant multi-million dollar change management integration initiatives as well as $3B divestiture with sensitive business and employee impact.

Currently, Lenny serves as the North America Human Resources Director for Essity in the Health & Medical business unit.  The company’s corporate headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden, and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Essity has about 48,000 employees in 150 countries. The North America corporate headquarters are based in Philadelphia, PA.

Lenny is a passionate leader on the issue Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DE&I”) and driving employee awareness and engagement. As a guest speaker at the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (“NAAAHR”) annual conference in 2022, he led a panel discussion at the University of the U.S. Virgin Islands (HBCU). Lenny is also on the advisory board of NAAAHR Young Professionals Network. 

Additionally, in 2017, Lenny was asked to join the Innovations Committee for the implementation of a new HR data system (iCIMS).  Leveraging his knowledge of project management and systems integration, Lenny went on to be quoted in a Marketwired publication as advocating for companies to “take advantage of the PaaS framework” to improve overall system effectiveness and efficiency.

A South Philly native and committed to the value of the higher education systems of the metro-Philadelphia area, Lenny earned his Master of Human Resources Development degree from Villanova University and his bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.  

Jeremy Ramsay, BBA ’02

Jeremy Ramsay is a proud Fox School of Business and BHSA alumnus ('02) and brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience in management consulting, account management, product strategy, sales and business development. Jeremy began his career with Accenture in technology consulting and pivoted to marketing strategy. He then joined an early-stage mobile health company (Epocrates) and led account management through IPO and acquisition by athenahealth in 2013. Following acquisition, Jeremy led strategic accounts and business development with leading pharmaceutical customers. During this same time, he was accepted to the Wharton School and earned his MBA in 2018.

Currently, Jeremy leads strategic relationships and business development for the transplant software division of DaVita Kidney Care, working closely with large academic medical centers including Temple Health. Outside of work, Jeremy coaches youth sports (soccer and baseball) and is on the board of directors at AC United Soccer Club in Abington, PA. He and his wife, Laura, have three children (ages 15, 13 and 10) and they reside in Elkins Park, PA.

Jesus Rosado, BA ’19, Executive MBA ’21

Jesus Rosado is the chief executive officer and founder of Rosado Capital Holdings LLC. Through various leadership positions from his military and corporate background, Jesus was able to develop extensive leadership experience focused on operational and strategic management.

Prior to founding Rosado Capital Holdings, Jesus worked as a senior business consultant for Merck & Co., where he utilized his management expertise to develop and implement strategic management strategies focused on operational excellence. Before serving as a senior business consultant, Jesus successfully leveraged his experiences in military leadership and served as an operations manager for the production of various vaccines and products. The combination of over 10 years of military and corporate leadership expertise, sharpened by rigorous academic endeavors, enabled Jesus to found Rosado Capital Holdings LLC. 

Jesus holds an Executive MBA from Fox School of Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Temple University and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for Widener Delaware Law School.

Anthony Sanchez, BBA ’20

As a 2020 Fox School of Business graduate with a degree in finance, Anthony Sanchez has a deep understanding of financial markets and real estate. During his time at Temple, Anthony participated in several organizations, including TREO, TUIA, and FMA, where he honed his leadership and teamwork skills. Currently, as the QO direct manager at Quaint Oak Mortgage, Anthony helps a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers and investors, navigate the complex world of residential mortgage financing.

Throughout Anthony’s career, he has been fortunate enough to have mentors who have helped him grow both personally and professionally. This experience has led him to recognize the importance of mentorship and knowledge-sharing, particularly within the alumni community. As a Director-At-Large of the alumni association, Anthony would bring a unique perspective to the table, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. He is passionate about bridging the information gap when it comes to building wealth with real estate and believes he could use this expertise to help fellow alumni achieve their financial goals.

Tony Seeton, Executive MBA ’09

Tony Seeton brings 30 years of industry experience to his current role as assistant professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he has taught strategy, international business and consulting at both the undergrad and graduate levels, locally and overseas. Tony is also responsible for the development and administration of the Temple University Management Consulting Program (TUMCP), a university-wide program open to undergrad and master’s level students, and serves as the program’s academic director. TUMCP is designed to help students realize their career aspirations in the field of management consulting. The foundation of TUMCP is its partnerships with more than 80 senior managers from 40+ name brand firms. An active member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the Consortium for Undergraduate International Business Education (CUIBE), having presented his work to these forums, as well as in industry publications.

A practitioner, Tony began his career in global financial services, overseeing such functions as business operations, product development and asset management. He has also held key risk management roles with a variety of banks, thrifts and mortgage banks; managing all aspects of credit, operational risk, due diligence and diverse consumer loan portfolios, including sub-prime mortgage portfolios.

An accomplished management consultant, Tony has extensive experience in terms of both industry and form of engagement; including strategy, change management, technology monetization, go-to market, and governance; having worked with public, private, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations (including the Department of Defense). Tony has also brought his expertise in strategic planning to Temple, where, as the managing director of strategic planning, he directed the development of Fox’s current strategic plan, Fox 2025. He has done the same for the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) in a similar initiative; as well as the Fox School of Business Alumni Association. He also led efforts to assess various University operations as part of the University’s strategic planning process.

Tony attended Biola University in Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in the Executive MBA program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and was the founding president of the EMBA Alumni Association and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

A Southern California native, Tony and his wife Juliet now call Northwest Philadelphia home. Beyond teaching, family, and community service, they enjoy overseas travel and the many arts and cultural opportunities that exist in the Northeast. An avid Temple football fan, in the fall, Tony can often be found at Temple football games and tailgate parties.

Jeniffer Benner (Singley), BBA ’13

Jen Singley enrolled at the Fox School of Business in 2009 after graduating from Salisbury High School in Allentown, PA. At Temple, she graduated with a marketing degree and was very involved with the Business Honors Program, holding the social chair position for multiple years and working the front desk at the enrollment office. During her time at Temple, she also held internships with the Philadelphia Flyers, United By Blue, and worked part-time waitressing at City Tap House in University City.

After graduating from Fox in 2013, Jen joined Philadelphia start-up United By Blue, helping them open their very first retail store in Philadelphia. During her time at UBB, she continued on to open additional stores in University City, Manhattan, and Asbury Park, as well as helped the company open a fulfillment warehouse in Northeast Philly. 

In 2015, Jen purchased her first home in Olde Kensington, and that is where her love of real estate began. She learned how easy the process was and wanted to teach others how to do the same. In 2017, she got her real estate license, and in 2018 she made the jump from head of operations at United By Blue to real estate agent with Keller Williams Philly. Since then, she has started her own team, Home Sweet Home PHL, and hosted dozens of free first-time home buyer workshops to teach PA/NJ residents the ins and outs of purchasing their first home. Although Jen made the move to Conshohocken in 2022, she still maintains her real estate office in Philadelphia and enjoys being immersed in the community and culture of the city! 

Madeleine Smith, BBA ’18

Madeleine Smith is passionate about digital marketing and healthcare and has spent the past five years in this industry. She currently is a digital producer at Main Line Health. In her role, she leads the strategy and execution of Main Line Health’s social media efforts, oversees the governance committee for online ratings and reviews, and supports various digital marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Main Line Health, Madeleine worked at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in a marketing and communications role. While at CHOP, Madeleine collaborated with researchers from the Center for Injury Research and the Center for Violence Prevention to craft actionable messages and effective web, social media, and email campaigns to prevent child injury.

As a student, Madeleine was an active member of Temple’s American Marketing Association and Community Service Association. Today, Madeleine enjoys connecting with and mentoring Fox students and serving as a guest speaker at digital marketing classes. For fun, she loves to explore Philadelphia’s food scene, ski in the winter and spend time at the shore in the summer. Madeleine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Temple University in 2018 and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration, concentrating in marketing and healthcare strategy, at Saint Joseph’s University and plans to graduate in May 2024.

David Walters, BBA ’21

David Walters graduated from Fox in December 2021 with majors in Management Information Systems and International Business with a concentration in International Marketing. During his time at Temple, he actively participated within the International Business Administration as the director of professional development and the Association for Information Systems SPO.

Currently, David is in cybersecurity, risk & regulatory consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Through his time at PwC, he has taken an active mentorship role for new PwCers joining out of college. 

David is highly passionate about mentorship and connecting current students to alumni and aims to use his position with the Alumni Association to expand outreach and better connect with Alumni.

Christopher Wong, DBA ’20

Christopher M. Wong has dedicated his career to elevating healthcare administration, improving health equity and enhancing service delivery. He is on the executive leadership team of New York University’s Student Health Center, which makes medical, counseling and wellness, and disability accommodation services available to the University’s 58,000 students. As senior director of administrative services, Christopher oversees operations, finance, student health insurance, information technology, clinical informatics, compliance, immunization and health requirements, health information management, and facilities management.

Prior to his current position at NYU, Christopher was previously a director of planning at New York City Health and Hospitals—the nation’s largest municipal health care delivery system—and held enterprise-wide roles in corporate and strategic planning, public-private housing partnerships, population health, and the COVID-19 emergency response. His health care career started at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in the Office of the Dean, where he partnered with leadership on operational oversight and turnaround initiatives.

Christopher’s business education credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. In addition, Christopher holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies. Christopher is a Fellow of the Economic Club of New York, New York Academy of Medicine, and American College of Healthcare Executives. Recently, the Fox School announced that Christopher will receive the Executive DBA Alumni Leadership Award for his outstanding business contributions and leadership in health care. He has also been involved in the Fox community by serving on the DBA Program’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Alumni Advisory Board and mentoring DBA students on their research proposals.
