Submission Deadline: October 1, 2023. Acceptance notification date: November 1, 2023 (Acceptance of submission requires one co-author to register and present at the conference)

What’s Included:

 

Full conference registration includes all sessions on Friday, Dec 1, with breakfast, coffee, lunch, and dinner in the evening; and all sessions on Saturday, Dec 2, with breakfast, coffee, lunch, and appetizers in the evening.

A one-day corporate registration includes all events and meals on the day registered.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds:

Cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online on or before Nov 15, 2023. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send an email to Xueming.Luo@temple.edu.

 

Cancellations received in writing on or before Nov 15 (11:59pm EST) will be refunded, minus an $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be granted. All refunds will be made in US dollars and issued to the card used to make the original payment.

Traveling By Air

If you are planning to travel by air, you will be flying into Philadelphia International Airport (code PHL). Temple University is about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. Taxis and trains are available directly from the airport.

Parking

Parking in the Liacouras Parking Garage (Visitor Parking) will cost $20/day. If you are presenting during the conference, please reach out to Dr. Xueming Luo () at least 7 days in advance of your arrival for your complimentary parking QR code.
