Join the Center for Ethics, Diversity, and Workplace Culture (CEDWC) and Human Resource Management (HRM) on October 13, 2021, as we host a special virtual event titled, Culture Matters: Finding the Company That Works for You. Our keynote speaker, Shanna Hocking, will walk you through why company culture is so important to your success and the organization’s success—and how to find one that will help you reach your full potential. Whether you’re entering the job market for the first time or switching roles to find a more suitable work environment, you should consider what it will be like on your new team before you make the jump—this starts with understanding their culture.

This event will be worth 30 FLDP points:

            10 Ethics

            10 Community Engagement

            10 Global and Cultural Awareness
