Biography

Dr. Yue Qiu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. He received his Ph.D. in finance from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science degree in Economics from Arizona State University, and a BA in Finance and a BS in Mathematics from Renmin University of China.
Qiu’s research interests include corporate finance, industrial organization, ESG, labor economics, banking, and causal inference. His research has been published at Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Corporate Finance Studies, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Industrial and Labor Relations Review.
