Robert Chambers, Jr., is an enterprise risk manager for the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), which is one of the Army’s largest leaders for acquiring equipment and services to the Warfighter, executing over $13.4B in contract obligation in FY19. Robert is chiefly responsible for overseeing compliance and performance of organizational policies and procedures while enabling the organization to quickly adapt to the ever-changing Army operational environment. Robert has over 20 years of Federal Internal audit and Office of Inspector General audit experience managing highly sensitive compliance, financial and performance audits. Robert earned his MSA in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. He has two Bachelor’s degrees: a BS in Accounting from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Management from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Robert holds a certified fraud examiner (CFE) designation along with multiple Department of Defense acquisition certifications.
