Biography

Dr. Gary Blau is a professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Fox School of Business. In 1982, he received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati. He is a past chair of the HRM department and was assistant dean of both the MBA and PhD programs at the Fox School. His current research focuses on student-related outcomes, and he teaches “Leading People in Organizations” (HRM 3502) and “Critical Skills for Effective Managers” (HRM 4597).
