Xuting Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Her research examines work role transitions, job mobility, leadership, workplace relationships, and human capital development. She studies how individuals navigate changing work roles and relationships, including contexts such as internal promotion, boomerang employment, developmental job experiences, and employee mobility. Her work has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, with collaborative work published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. She has taught Leadership and Organizational Management as the instructor of record at Temple University.
