Xiao Xiao is a doctoral student in human resources management and organizational behavior at the Fox School of Business. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, she received a MA in human resource management from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, a MA in English translation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a BA in English from Beihang University, China. Her research interests include counterproductive work behavior and diversity-related issues in organizations.
