Biography

Dr. Neha Mittal is Professor of Instruction in the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she teaches operations management, project management, and supply chain management. She is committed to helping students bridge theory and practice through experiential learning, real-world business cases, and industry engagement.

Dr. Mittal's teaching, scholarship, and leadership center on case-based learning, responsible business, operations and supply chain management, and the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. She has authored more than 35 teaching cases published by Ivey Publishing, several of which have received international recognition and are widely adopted by business schools around the world.

She serves as Case Director of the Translational Research Center at the Fox School of Business, where she leads initiatives to advance case-based research, faculty development, and industry collaboration. In 2015, she founded the undergraduate Supply Chain Management program at the Fox School of Business and currently serves as its Academic Director, helping shape its curriculum, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand experiential learning opportunities for students.
