Biography

Dennis has over 25 years of experience with domestic and international business, having led numerous new product and service market development, growth, and turnaround marketing initiatives for large global companies such as Philips and Oki Japan. During his earlier career for Philips Information Systems, Dennis led strategic marketing initiatives for innovative and disruptive technologies that fueled a global shift within the desk-top computing marketplace. For Oki-Data, Dennis developed and implemented B2B and B2C market growth strategies for a technology division start-up, as well as for the turnaround of a South American business unit and start-up of Mexico and Brazil subsidiaries. He has also consulted to S/M/L businesses on market strategy and growth across a variety of industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, US military contracting, as well as to Boards, C-Suite and to executive leadership on market strategy alignment and execution.

Dennis has been an advisor to the Pharmaceutical-Drug Exchange (PDE), the Manufacturing Alliance of Philadelphia, Peirce College, and is currently serving on boards of a New Jersey Economic Development Corporation as President, and Philly SHRM as VP Thought Leadership. Dennis earned his Executive MBA from Drexel/LeBow; BBA with a marketing concentration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; He is an award winning full-time Associate Professor of Marketing Practice and Business Case Author, Dean's Teaching Fellow, BBA Marketing Course Coordinator, DEI Council Member/Marcom Chair, Masters Programs Committee Member, and Faculty Advisor to the Temple Consulting Club at the Fox School of Business, Temple University.

Dennis served in the United States Air Force Reserves for 11 years, and with a love for choral arts, has performed internationally as a tenor with the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Men’s Choral, as well as the Greater South Jersey Chorus and Chamber Singers.
