One opportunity I got through Fox is the federal re-entry program, where we volunteer at the federal courthouse in Old City and sit in on court sessions with people who are coming out of incarceration. It not only is a great opportunity for me to stand out, but also something that I really value.

I am such a different person than who I was when I was a freshman. I was shy and I've been able to get involved in so much now. I'm the community service chair for the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), which is also an accounting SPO. I've learned how to be a leader in all the skills that come with that.

I participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) program for three years. It was great because the program allowed me to get an idea of what taxation is like.
