Tzuyi (Eva) Chan is a PhD student in Strategic Management at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southern California, where she conducted research on topics including corporate governance, AI-driven organizational transformation, and business–government relations. Her current research interests include corporate governance, innovation, and firm performance, with a broader interest in understanding how firms make strategic decisions and adapt to changing technological and institutional environments.
