Steve currently works in commercial real estate in the Philadelphia region where he has concluded sales and leases for office and industrial properties in transactions valued at over $400 million. He has extensive deal making and financial experience in both brokerage and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Steve began his real estate career with Larson, Ball and Gould, Inc. in Washington, D.C., where he represented major tenants, including the Ropes and Gray law firm and FedEx. In Philadelphia, he has worked for the Rubenstein Company, L.P., The Rubenstein Brokerage Group, Inc. and Sidney E. Gable Associates, Inc.
Preceding Steve’s return to Philadelphia and to real estate, he was a management consultant at the international firm of Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath (now part of PwC) where he was part of its Life Sciences group. At PRTM, Steve provided strategic planning, project coordination and implementation of problem-solving solutions to Fortune 100 companies.
Steve has startup company experience at Learn TV (now called Jellyvision) and was Vice President Marketing at Systemetrics, the medical software division of Medline, Inc. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
