I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in German Language and Literature and Business Administration from Ewha Womans University, and an M.S. in Tourism from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea. My industry experience at an inbound travel agency, Jeju Tourism Organization (JTO), and Korea Culture and Tourism Institute (KCTI) has given me a multifaceted perspective on tourism. My research has focused on sustainable tourism and destination marketing predominantly using experimental methods, and my current interests center on consumer experience and behavioral economics in tourism and hospitality.
