Ruihan Yang is a Ph.D. student in Management Information Systems at Temple University, with a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Her research interests lie in healthcare technologies, human-computer interaction, and social media. She has participated in research projects on the integration of generative AI in online medical consultations, trust in voice AI-generated content, and the influence of policies on restaurant social media marketing.
