Biography
Dr. Roger J. Kashlak is a Professor of Instruction in the Department of Strategic Management. He also serves as Associate Director for Executive Programs at the Fox School.
He joins the Fox School from Loyola University Maryland, where he had served since 1993 as a professor of international business, global strategy, and business policy; chair of several departments; and Senior Associate Dean of the Sellinger School of Business.
A distinguished and award-winning teacher and researcher, Kashlak has a wealth of experience in leading executive and international education programs on five continents. He also boasts a decade of corporate management experience in the telecommunication industry. His research has focused on topics such as international reciprocity, international alliances, global expansion in telecom, and more.
Kashlak earned his PhD in International Business and Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business, where he also attained a Master of Business Administration in International Business. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
