Prateek Tiwari is a PhD student in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Before joining Temple, he worked as a Research Associate at the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he conducted research at the intersection of technology and work.

His research focuses on AI and the future of work, examining how AI and digital platforms reshape jobs, skills, and organizational learning. He uses mixed methods, including econometrics, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and large-scale text analysis. His broader interests include human-AI interaction and information systems research with organizational and policy relevance.

Before beginning his research career, Prateek spent over two years working in IT consulting.
