Minseok Kim earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from KoreaTech in South Korea, completing the latter in 2025. His research interests focus on non-traditional work arrangements—such as remote and hybrid work—and their impact on positive work-related outcomes, including employee engagement. Prior to graduate school, he served as a senior KATUSA (Korean Augmentation to the United States Army) at Area IV in Daegu during his military service.
