Juyoung Kang is a Ph.D. student in Management Information Systems at Temple University. She earned her master’s degree in Digital Analytics and Operations Management and her B.B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University, South Korea. She has conducted research projects with national institutions and gained industry experience. Drawing on her academic and professional background, her research focuses on human-AI interaction, AI-assisted decision-making, and inclusive service systems.
