Jiwon Choi joined the Ph.D. program at the Fox School of Business in 2025. Her research interests focus on service technology and online marketing within the hospitality and tourism. She brings three years of industry experience in online marketing at Hotel Lotte and has contributed to various public-sector research projects. With her combined academic and professional background, she aims to explore how emerging technologies in hospitality and tourism environments shape tourists' experiences.
