Jahnavi Soman is a Ph.D. student in Marketing at Temple University, specializing in consumer behavior. Her research interests include consumer decision-making, emotion, social influence, and digital consumer behavior. She is particularly interested in understanding how psychological and social factors shape consumer perceptions, judgments, and choices.

Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, she earned a Master of Science in Business and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering in India. She also gained industry experience working with data, artificial intelligence, and digital products, providing her with a background that bridges technology, business, and consumer research.

Her work focuses on understanding consumer behavior in an increasingly digital environment, including how emerging technologies influence the way consumers process information, form perceptions, and make decisions.
