Hongrui He joined the Ph.D. program in Accounting at the Fox School of Business in August 2026. Her research interests include financial accounting, disclosure, capital markets, ESG, and auditing, with a focus on the role of technology in accounting. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting Science (MAS) degree with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
