Tah Ahmed Meouloud is a seasoned Senior Economist, Independent Consultant, and academician with a notable portfolio of publications and extensive leadership experience across various sectors. His professional journey commenced as an Economist at the Mauritanian Embassy in Doha, Qatar, leading to significant roles in multiple European Union-funded development projects in Mauritania. He has held positions as the Human Resources Manager at BSA Technologies and CEO of T2M International Business. Currently, Tah serves as the Special Advisor on Economic Affairs at the office of His Excellency the President of Mauritania. He has also cultivated a substantial academic career, serving as an Assistant Professor at both the University of Nouakchott in Mauritania and Sorbonne University in Paris.
Tah earned a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Nouakchott. Following his initial studies, he advanced his education at Sorbonne University in Paris, where he received a Master’s Degree in Research in International Economic Development and initiated his doctoral dissertation in 2000. With his extensive multicultural work and academic experiences, Tah is fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Chinese.
