Crystal Smith has a broad background in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past 15 years, she has served in leadership roles across various fields such as manufacturing, technical operations, quality assurance and research & development. She recently advanced to a senior scientist role at AstraZeneca, where she oversees the device element of the Fluenz/Flumist combination product line, provides technical support and manages incoming franchise projects. Prior to her current role, she was a founding member of the Datwyler Sealing Solution, where she implemented the site quality systems to ensure the processes and finished goods meet the ISO 15378 packaging standard, as well as customer specifications. Crystal earned a PMP certification from Villanova University, an MBA from La Salle University and a BS from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
