Abby is an experienced digital product design consultant bridging research, user experience design and visual design. Currently, she manages a diverse team of designers while leading projects at Think Company in Philadelphia for clients ranging from dynamic startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, with a special interest in complex system design. Abby partners with clients to develop strategic and engaging solutions for complex problems while balancing user needs, business needs and technological capabilities. She facilitates small and large group workshops using design thinking methodology, conducts in-depth user research, and leads project teams from design to market launch. Abby is a certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPO) and graduated with a BS from Pennsylvania State University.
