About The Series

The Women’s Leadership Series is designed to develop and foster the skills necessary for successful business leadership. The series will provide comprehensive instruction from six highly experienced leaders, as well as the opportunity for participants to collaborate and network with other professionals, empowering them to advance to executive roles within their organizations and beyond.

Series Schedule & Format

The online series will be held twice a month, starting in September and ending in November, in an experiential format that enables participants to interact with both facilitators and peers. The schedule allows opportunities for networking, group learning and breakout sessions. All sessions will be held on Thursdays from 9 a.m. until noon.

What to Expect

The Women’s Leadership Series moves participants through a logical progression of skill development, with each module as a three-hour session targeting a high-impact theme in business and leadership growth. The series is ideal for women who are on the cusp of stepping into the role of director or above and who have been identified as future leaders by their organizations. Participants will leave the series with well-honed skills in strong communication, effective negotiation and confident leadership. In addition, the unique opportunity to regularly network with other professionals will help leverage participants’ potential for career advancement. Program Fee

Cost of the six-part series is $1750 per registrant; $1500 per registrant for groups of 3 or more; $1500 series fee per registrant for Temple alumna.
