Nataliya Bredikhina
Assistant Professor of Sport Management
Nataliya Bredikhina, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of sport management in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Her research interests lie at the intersection of sport marketing, personal branding, and social media. She is particularly interested in mixed-methods designs to uncover the role of the human brand in sport. Nataliya graduated from the Fox PhD program's Tourism and Sport concentration in 2023 and spent two years as an assistant professor at the University of Kansas before transitioning to Delaware.

Assistant Professor, Information Systems and Operations Management
Siddharth Bhattacharya is an assistant professor in the Information Systems and Operations Management Area at the Costello College of Business, George Mason University. Before joining George Mason University, Bhattacharya completed his Ph.D. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2021. Siddharth’s research focuses on how firms utilize digital information strategies to increase reach, establish relationships with stakeholders, and influence consumer decision making. Bhattacharya also holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from India. Bhattacharya’s work has been published in premiere journals such as Information Systems research among others. He has also presented his work in many reputed conferences including CIST, ICIS, WISE, WITS, CODE@MIT, Marketing Science, among others.

Assistant Professor of Finance
Professor Zhaowei Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Accounting and Finance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Prior to that, he was a Ph.D. candidate and received his M.S. degree from the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics, The Pennsylvania State University. He obtained his B.S. in physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Professor Zhang’s research interests encompass asset pricing, derivatives, FinTech, machine learning & AI, commodities, cryptos, and banking.

Assistant Professor, Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics
Samayita Guha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia. Her teaching focuses on artificial intelligence strategy, business analytics, statistics, and database systems. Dr. Guha’s research examines the impact of technology and analytics on organizational performance, with publications in leading journals such as Production and Operations Management and The International Journal of Logistics Management.
