When there is no substitute for in-person learning, there is no substitute for the expertise of the Fox School of Business and the value employers receive when sending their key staff to the Center for Executive Education’s in-person open enrollment courses.

Every organization, large and small, faces business challenges that are universal. While larger organizations have the resources to develop their own custom-designed programs in partnership with the Center, we believe that size should not be a barrier to benefitting from the experience and expertise of the Fox School’s faculty.

In-Person Open Enrollment programs allow your organization or team to enroll single individuals or small groups in a variety of distinct programs that can further their leadership potential, help them develop critical skills for their positions, or update their knowledge with cutting-edge research from the Fox School.

Our workshops and series have been created by our exclusive instructional design team, faculty and industry partners, and are created based on the latest research and trends in corporate strategy and development. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Building Basic Competency

Today’s workplaces demand robust diversity, equity, and inclusion training to remain productive and retain employees.

The business case for diversity is clear: more diverse companies perform better financially, are more innovative and provide better service and products. In the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Building Basic Competency program at the Fox School of Business participants will spend three half-days gaining valuable skills to:

  • recognize basic concepts around cultural differences, biases and their impact on workplace structure.
  • understand key ideas around bias and its operation on individual and systemic levels.
  • evaluate and improve the workplace climate.
  • develop skills for working effectively in a diverse setting.
  • build a healthy workplace culture.

Women’s Leadership Series

Empowering women to become business leaders, advance their careers and quickly, confidently climb the corporate ladder.

Women’s Leadership Series will prepare high-performing employees who are on the cusp of stepping into the role of director or above and who have been identified as future leaders by their organizations. The series has been created by the Fox School’s instructional design team, faculty and subject matter experts to embrace women’s experiences and unique challenges in the workplace. Participants will cover a logical progression of skill development sessions, including:

  • Leveraging Your Leadership Style
  • Executive Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Finance for the Non-Financial Manager
  • The Art of Negotiation
  • Career Management
  • Leading Organizational Change

Across three, full-day sessions participants will learn from leading faculty from the Fox School and subject matter experts, while also spending time networking and engaging with their peers.
