Transfer Student Experience
Temple Makes Transferring Simple

Welcome to Fox School of Business

Temple University’s Fox School of Business, with its global reach, strong academics, extensive alumni network and affordability, is a great place for transfer and nontraditional students. Through an easy credit transfer process, simple scholarship applications, customized bachelor’s curriculum and robust resources, you’ll get the support you need to feel at home here.

You’ll take classes with faculty who are business leaders and experts, thrive in high-tech, diverse programs, and receive guidance from advisors who support you at every step along the way. With 16 majors and 24 minors in the traditional on-campus program and six majors and nine minors in the Online BBA, the Fox School allows you to specialize your degree based on your interests and ideal career path.

Transferring Credits and Dual Admissions

The Fox school directly transfers most of your course credits from AACSB-accredited institutions, and accepts college-level general education course credits and most foundational business courses from regionally accredited colleges. The Transfer Equivalency Tool can help you determine how your college-level academic credits may transfer to Temple.

Temple University has partnered with several regional, two-year colleges to clear a path from community college to a Temple degree with the Dual (or Guaranteed) Admission program. If you have completed fewer than 30 college credits, you may enroll in Temple’s Dual Admissions program at your college. Enrollment guarantees admission to most majors at Temple if you earn an approved associate degree, and also guarantees additional merit scholarships to students who graduate from their community college, provided GPA requirements are met.

“The inclusion, diversity, and opportunities are what I love the most from my time here at Fox. My expectations being an incoming junior transfer were vastly exceeded, and now my only wish is that I had more time at Temple.”
Hakeem Warmington, BBA ‘20, Montgomery County Community College Transfer
