Designed with working professionals in mind, the Master of Science in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship curriculum provides flexibility and opportunities for customization. Choose how you learn (in-person or online); chart your own completion pathway (full-time or part-time); and personalize your degree to your interests by pursuing one of three specialization tracks. It’s the degree that flexes to fit your life and goals, so you can focus on developing your ideas into invoices.

Courses in Our Program

See the course topics that will expand your ability to lead innovation. You’ll begin with core program courses to help you set a solid groundwork of knowledge, and then enhance your experience in one area of interest by pursuing a specialization track. With very few courses needing pre-requisites, you’ll have the ability to take classes in just about any order you desire.

Course Times & Locations
Courses are run in hybrid and fully online formats convenient for both working professionals as well as fulltime students. Hybrid courses typically run from 6-9pm once per week on weekdays between Monday and Thursday at Temple University Center City (15th and Market across from City Hall). Fully online courses typically incorporate video conferenced sessions that run from 8-10pm on Thursdays. Students can complete the program fully online, via hybrid in-person classes, and can mix and match courses across formats.

Program Duration
Full-time students may complete the program in one year or can extend the program by spreading coursework over 1.5 years (from Fall through the following Fall for example). Part-time students may complete the program in as little as two years or may take as little as a single course per semester. We run all our courses in in-person hybrid format across Fall and Spring semester and in an online format across Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Dual Degree Options Available
The IME MS can be combined with Global, Professional, Executive, and Online MBA programs into a dual degree program and is available to all MBA concentrations (up to 15 credits double count across both degrees). The dual degree option must be declared before graduation. Please consult with your advisor if interested in a dual degree.
