Engage on Campus

The Center for Student Professional Development is committed to supporting the recruiting efforts of our employer partners through innovative programs.

Fall and Spring Connections are networking events to promote your organization and discover a diverse source of talent. Network with Fox graduate and undergraduate students representing all majors to fill your full-time and internship opportunities.  The Fall Connection is held in September, and the Spring Connection is held in February.  You can register for Connections via Handshake.

Information tables are an easy way to promote your brand on campus and connect with the Fox School of Business community.  CSPD will provide you with an exclusive space in a high-traffic area where students can engage with you during their daily activities.  Bring promotional materials and swag; we’ll do the rest!

The employer resume critique is an opportunity for industry partners to meet with business students one-on-one while providing expert feedback on their resume.

CSPD coordinates mock interviews on campus and online to simulate the interview process for students, as well as identify strengths and areas of improvement based on your feedback.

On-site interview facilities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be requested through Handshake (select Fox School of Business Center for Student Professional Development as your Career Center). Schedules are customized according to employer needs. Whether you just want to reserve a space or have CSPD assist in creating your schedule, our team is here to ensure a successful interview day.

Speak to a targeted audience about industry-specific topics at one of our 20+ student professional organizations (SPO’s). View the full list here.

There are other ways to get involved, including: major-specific events, professional development programming, class/faculty collaboration and case competitions.  Contact the CSPD employer partnerships team for more details.
