Identify the behaviors, tools, and best practices for effective project management.

This two-day workshop teaches the key stages and components of project management. Participants learn to identify and cultivate influential leadership within project teams. They apply personal and professional skills to improve their effectiveness as project managers.

  • Day 1: Through theory and practice, students become familiar with the phases and requirements for launching a project and guiding it through completion. They gain practice applying the tools for monitoring and measuring a project, as well as explore outcomes-based methodology to augment their project management toolkit.
  • Day 2: Participants focus on how to identify and develop the personal skills and perspectives necessary for a leadership position, cultivate leadership within their teams, and recruiting new talent. They determine the impact of their leadership and communication style.
