Facilitated by Mike Guglielmo and Frank DiBernardino, this 2 day workshop will empower human resources professionals and senior executives in the emerging field of human capital analytics with the tools that they need to develop systems to collect meaningful metrics about the people who make up their workforce and their performance. Mike and Frank will also teach participants how to analyze and use those metrics to improve organizational outcomes in a range of areas.

This workshop is designed for individuals having human resources knowledge and expertise who want to sharpen their data analytics skill. Anyone who is interested in learning how to make data-driven, workforce-related recommendations and decisions is also encouraged to attend. This workshop blends theory with practice and offers ample time for practical applications and practice over the course of 2 days.

Workshop Logistics

Workshop runs from 9:00am to 4:30pm (lunch, coffee and parking included) and will be held at 1810 Liacouras Walk, Executive Education Conference Room, 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19122. Early bird opened until February 20th for $1,250 per person ($1,499 after 2/20) and $1,199 for groups of 3 or more.
