Students implement the practical application of basic marketing concepts and principles through coursework, internships, and participation in industry-specific projects. Graduates secure jobs in areas such as account management, advertising, customer service, digital marketing, research, management, and sales. Marketing majors can opt to select their own path of Marketing electives or follow a career- focused coursework tailored to specific interests and fields.
The Marketing minor allows students to explore a firm’s value creation, customer acquisition, and development and retention processes, expanding career options especially for students with majors in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, International Business, Management Information Systems, and Real Estate. Students can develop career based competencies in the marketing minor.
