A strong foundation is essential to surviving a pandemic. We’ll cover the basics on entity types and build your confidence in your business formation. Pivots and new service/goods offerings are covered; as well as common risks and adding and removing subtracting partners. This workshop is conversational and includes a “Business Entity Accountability Checklist” worksheet with actionable items.
