Full-time MBA

The Full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Temple University’s Fox School of Business integrates an immersive, innovative global business curriculum with built-in career services from Fox’s renowned Center for Student Professional Development. This traditional, two-year program is designed for professionals with significant work experience who are seeking career mobility and enrichment, as well as a collaborative learning experience with a closely knit cohort of colleagues.

In the Full-time MBA program, you’ll receive hands-on educational experience, applying the skills you’ve learned in an energetic setting. You’ll work with real-time financial data, evaluate current case studies on a variety of relevant topics and address issues organizations face in today's business climate. With the Fox Full-time MBA, you’ll have the opportunity to do more than visit a foreign business—optional one-week Global Immersions allow you to develop real-time insight into global business practices.

You’ll be given the option to participate in new experiences related to international business, including travel to an emerging market; collaborative work with a faculty leader and a project executive to address complex problems; corporate site visits; and networking opportunities with prominent executives from international organizations.

Full-time MBA Curriculum

The Full-time MBA curriculum is based on employer-identified business competencies. Each year, Fox engages with employers to identify the newest market demands and trends, so you can feel confident that your skills will remain on the leading edge of the job market.

The Fox Full-time MBA is designed to offer an immersive study experience. Over two academic years, you’ll meet for classes on Temple University’s Main Campus in Philadelphia, with some classes also offered at Temple's Center City campus. The program’s location in Philadelphia provides students with access to leading organizations in the area.

Courses are full semester; students may choose electives in different formats.

Curriculum Structure

Courses are divided into four topic blocks over two years, starting with foundational courses and followed by deeper dives into business topics such as management and implementation, integration, and specialization.

Coursework is tailored to expand your knowledge and skills in a variety of market-relevant areas, with hands-on consulting challenges. Business competencies drive the curriculum and, in turn, provide the tools to drive your professional success. You’ll build competencies in the following key business areas.
