Biography
Zeya joined the Ph.D. program in Fall 2016. She holds an MS degree in geography from Peking University, and BE in urban planning from Sichuan University. She worked as a part-time researcher at China Institute for Development Planning, Tsinghua University for 1 year. Her current research interests lie in travel behaviors and experience design.

Career Highlights
Author of more than 14 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings, including Tourism Management, Journal of Service Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research; taught Marketing in Hospitality and Tourism and Designing Tourism Experience at Temple University before joining Hilton College in Fall 2020; brings consulting experience in destination marketing and skills in experience design to her classroom; currently teaches Hospitality Marketing.
