Wendi Wasik


Wendi L. Wasik is President of Wasik Consulting, which provides
performance coaching and leadership development to senior
executives and organizations across a broad spectrum of industries,
such as BBDO, Citibank, Compassus KPMG, PwC, HSBC, Tishman
Speyer and many others. Previously, she was VP of Human
Resources and Organizational Development for a leading retail merchandising company.

Wendi provides a fresh perspective for integrating new ways of thinking and interpreting information, which has an immediate and measurable impact on individual and organizational performance and outcomes. By establishing a supportive learning
environment, Wendi enables her clients and students to think and act creatively to define and achieve their leadership goals. Wendi collaboratively builds a leader’s capacity to achieve personal and organizational strategic objectives, and to move beyond self-limiting thought patterns and behaviors.

Wendi is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and speaks regularly to corporate women’s groups. She has served as a Coach for Mediators Beyond Borders – working to build peace, resolve conflict, and empower community leaders – including women in politics – in Sierra Leone. Wendi is a member of the Greater Delaware Valley National MS Society Board of Trustees, and previously served as Board Chair of Beyond Celiac, the premier organization dedicated to finding a cure for celiac disease. In addition to Wendi’s board
leadership roles, she is also an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a regular speaker at its national programs. She has been named an NACD Board Governance Fellow.

Wendi enjoys being a guest professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business International Executive MBA program in Cali, Colombia, and Executive Education Workshops in Philadelphia. She has also served as a guest professor for California State University’s Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, and a senior leadership
advisor for the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Small Business Development Center, advising students on client projects. Wendi received an M.S. degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and also attended international economic and organizational management programs at Oxford University and London University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rosemont College in Psychology.
