Sarah Bergstein

Morris Animal Refuge

Sarah Bergstein is looking forward to taking the experiences learned and gained as a Fox Board Fellow working with the Morris Animal Refuge and applying them to helping shape government policies regarding rescue work and animals for the City of Philadelphia. Sarah is a small business owner, author, personal trainer and nutrition specialist, and has served as an U.S. Air Force Public Affairs officer since 2011 on active duty for seven years and as a Reservist for two years. She has a master’s degree in exercise science from the California University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in both journalism and political science from Temple University. Fun fact: Sarah lives in Philadelphia with her boyfriend and six rescue cats. Together, they are avid rescue, foster and cat advocates in the Philadelphia community.
