Nicole Naumoff is an assistant professor of practice in the Department of Strategic Management. She also joins the Fox Management Consulting (FMC) team as director of business development, responsible for FMC’s corporate and nonprofit client business development initiatives.
Prior to joining the Fox School, Naumoff led marketing teams across an array of industries including, CPG startups, life sciences, large research institutions and retail. Naumoff previously served as Temple University’s associate vice president of marketing and advancement communications. While in this role, she led the successful breakthrough brand campaign, Temple Made, which was one of the first marketing campaigns to use social media crowdsourcing to engage and develop content.
Previously, Naumoff led several brand launches at GlaxoSmithKline and implemented the first campaign to use social media. She has also worked for global consumer brands like IKEA and most recently, she worked as SVP of Global Marketing at Teabox, an Indian startup that is disrupting the 200-year old tea industry.
Naumoff earned her international MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada, and other degrees from the University of Toronto and the Universite de Paris – Sorbonne.
