Michael Cunningham is a passionate and purpose-driven technologist rooted in the liberal arts, specializing in business systems and process management at the enterprise level. Michael currently leads enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management initiatives for the Philadelphia Phillies. Michael serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova University, focusing on business process management. Michael holds a master’s degree in counseling and human relations and an MBA in strategic management from Villanova University. Michael is an active member in the greater Philadelphia community, serving on the board of a local nonprofit and the president’s advisory council of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School. Michael enjoys a good cup of coffee, international travel and above all, spending time with his family and newborn child.
