Kevin joined Prudential in February of 1999. During his tenure, Kevin led Prudential’s $3 billion National Account segment, exceeding revenue, persistency and profitability expectations. He also successfully ran the Middle Market segment, where he introduced a successful management structure that drove joint sales and account management accountability and alignment with underwriting at the regional level. Additionally, Kevin developed and implemented a portfolio management process between underwriting, sales, account management and the business intelligence unit. He also had a leadership role in key business re-organizations that resulted in segment consolidation and re-aligned structures within distribution and underwriting. He was responsible for modeling distribution incentive compensation plans and supplemental commission programs. Kevin was also accountable for the development and implementation of consultative selling techniques as well as key training initiatives geared at elevating sales and account management excellence.
As vice president of association and group insurance financial wellness, Kevin is accountable for sales, persistency, profitability and customer satisfaction activities for Prudential’s $750 million association segment. Kevin is also the group insurance leader for new and existing strategic initiatives in Financial Wellness.
Prior to leading National Accounts and Middle Market, Kevin spent 15 years in sales, account management and distribution leadership roles, serving on numerous cross-functional committees and strategic initiatives. He was also a college instructor for two semesters, teaching risk management and insurance at Chestnut Hill College.
Kevin holds a BS in business administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Rider University.
