John leads all of Verizon Fios Direct Marketing campaign efforts and strategies. His primary objectives are to acquire new customers, reduce churn through customer loyalty tactics as well as present sustaining growth strategies to C-Level executives. Prior to joining Verizon, John spent roughly 10 years at Comcast, where he worked in several organizations across all lines of business. His main areas of expertise were (and continue to be) digital marketing and campaign optimization. John also helped establish several new analytics and optimization tools for Comcast which were crucial to Comcast’s sustained growth. John is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University with a BS in marketing and received his master’s degree from Rutgers Camden, with a double major in marketing and international marketing.
