Jen Warne serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Talent Officer and Interim Co-Lead of Human Resources at Lincoln Financial Group.
In her role as Co-Lead of Human Resources, Warne oversees all HR Centers of Expertise at Lincoln Financial – including Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, Total Rewards, HR Systems and Operations and all areas of the Talent organization. Additionally, she oversees the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility function.
As Chief Talent Officer, Warne is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Lincoln Financial’s enterprise talent agenda, which is focused on building organizational and leadership capability, strengthening the talent pipeline, and enhancing Lincoln Financial’s ability to attract and engage talent. Lincoln Financial’s Talent organization includes several focus areas: organizational and leadership effectiveness, recruitment, career management, enterprise learning and development, leadership development, succession planning and business talent partnering services.
Warne joined Lincoln Financial from Towers Watson, formerly Towers Perrin, where she served on the HR leadership team. Throughout her tenure at Towers Watson, she held various leadership positions in both global HR business partnering and recruiting. She has 25 years of professional experience that includes all aspects of talent management.
Warne earned bachelor’s degree from Temple University and is based in Lincoln Financial’s Radnor, PA office.
